Returns

• You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with all original packaging and tags intact.
• Custom-made, engraved, or personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges
